Home sales highest since 2006 - Medium price up!
Southern California home sales rose in June to the highest level in 30 months as the number of deals above $500,000 continued to climb. Sales gains in June and a rise in the median sale price, indicates that buyers are responding to price cuts on mid- to high-end homes and are finding it easier to get financing for pricier homes
